Nice, contemporary cafe with a French influence in affluent area in a multi story apartment complex. Surrounded by hi rise offices, hi rise hotels, hi rise apartments, nice residential units, close to freeway & airport. Seller does very little advertising, 5 stars on yelp. nice easy menu, to keep the same concept or bring your own. Full kitchen, lots of homemade items. Beautiful patio facing the street. Only open since November, but owner is terminal & must sell,  and sales are increasing monthly, to over $85000 / mo. There is a HUGE market in my opinion to increase local catering substantially.
